The Answers You Need
Q: What are your shipping methods?
Answer:
1. We ship only in the USA. (International shipping coming soon)
2. Shipping takes 3-5 business days to be shipped after the order has been placed.
3. There is no shipping cost for locals.
4. Free shipping for purchases over $100.00
Q: What sizes do the site carry?
Answer:
1. We carry sizes from XXS - 3X in all categories. We also carry 4X - 5X in selective styles. You can find these items in our BBQ section.
Q: Do you offer delivery for locals?
Answer:
1. We do not deliver or offer delivery. There's a designated area for order pickup. Located at Washington Park Albany, NY. Monday - Friday 5p - 6p
2. Orders must be made the night before for next-day pickup and no later than noon for same-day pick up.
Q: Do your site take Returned Items?
Answer:
1. You can only return items that are unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and hygiene sticker (if applicable) intact.
2. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: bodysuits, lingerie, underwear, jewelry, accessories, cosmetics, and any other items for which return, or exchange is noted as not being supported.
3. Free gifts cannot be returned or exchanged.
4. Please make sure you do not include other items by accident in your return package that do not pertain to Ky'Zhjamir's. We will not be responsible for sending back those items to you.
Q: What's your Refund Policy?
Answer:
1. Refunds will be processed within 7 days after we receive your return package. The refund will be issued to the original payment method or your Accounts Wallet, as per your request.
Unfortunately, due to high volume orders, your refund may require an additional 3-5 days to process. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
2. The original shipping fee, if any, is non-refundable.
NOTE: If you have any issues with your return, you must contact Customer Support within 30 days after your purchase date.
